The CCWGA uses a Golf Genius portal for weekly Day's Play and Tournament management. You can access it on computer or mobile. Learn how to sign up for weekly play and special events using the application. The logo to the left will take you directly to Golf Genius. Once you are signed up in the system, you will get a welcome letter with these instructions. You will be able to sign up for multiple weeks at a time and also cancel through the system.

DEADLINE for Thursday signup or cancellation is MONDAY at 10 pm.

 

During weekly play, be sure to have one player in your group use the Mobile App to enter scores for the foursome.

Sign up to play using Golf Genius online: 

1. Click here: GOLF GENIUS

2. Select Coal Creek and the CCWGA 2024 Season

3. Sign up or Sign in

4. Click on Calendar

5. Select dates attached to the correct group and change your status for each desired play date.

6. Be sure to SAVE each selection

Sign up to play using the Golf Genius Mobile App:

1. Click on the Golf Genius app icon

2. Sign in with either your email and password, or golf genius ID number

3. Select CCWGA 2024

4. Select Member Portal

5. Select Sign Up

6. Select Round Sign Up

7. Select Manage Rounds

8. Choose your rounds:  once you have selected a date and round(s), the color of the calendar block will change from orange to blue.  This will show a mix of attending and not attending. Make sure to choose the desired group (18h am, 9hole am, 9hole pm. 

 

NOTE:  At the bottom of the Choose Your Round page, you can SEND A MESSAGE TO MANAGER. Some examples of messaging:

Request to play with a match play partner, request for an early tee time or a later tee time, etc.  Remember to click SAVE!
